Joseph Nelson, a 35-year-old man from Martinsville, Indiana, was found dead on February 17, 2014, at the Alcoa aluminum plant in Newburgh, Indiana. His body was discovered in the coal-handling system of the power plant, leading authorities to suspect foul play due to the nature of his injuries. The investigation revealed that Nelson's death was not an accident, and it was later determined that he had been murdered.
