Ahlon Buggs, a 23-year-old resident of Gary, Indiana, tragically lost his life on February 25, 2019, in East Chicago, Indiana. According to the Lake County coroner's office, Buggs was fatally shot multiple times in the 3900 block of Pulaski Street. He was transported to St. Catherine Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 8:20 p.m. The coroner's office ruled his death a homicide caused by gunshot wounds.
