In the spring of 2015, a sense of shock and sorrow befell an Indianapolis neighborhood when 32-year-old Tiara Turner was found deceased inside a home on North Harding Street. On March 24th, she, along with three other individuals, became victims in a chilling quadruple homicide that left the community reeling and searching for answers.
