Death by Force

Robert Rinard, aged 49, was fatally shot on the night of February 13, 2015, in Indianapolis, Indiana. The incident occurred in the 1200 block of West 32nd Street, where Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) officers responded to a report of a person shot just before 9 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Rinard lying face down in the street, having been shot to death. The Marion County coroner later identified the victim as Robert Rinard from West Virginia.
