Raymond Washington-Whitehead, aged 18, tragically lost his life on August 6, 2015, in Gary, Indiana. He was one of two teenagers fatally shot in what authorities described as a double homicide. The incident occurred at a residence on Lane Street, where both Raymond and another teenager, James Powell, were found dead from gunshot wounds.
