Death by Force

Mark Skipper, a 15-year-old from Gary, Indiana, tragically lost his life on February 5, 2016. He was found shot to death inside a parked car along with his friend, 17-year-old Kasreeyal Hester. The vehicle was discovered by a police officer in the 800 block of Burr Street around 8:30 p.m. Both teenagers were pronounced dead at the scene, and their deaths were ruled homicides by the Lake County Coroner's office.
