Joshua Riggins, a 28-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on August 22, 2015. The incident occurred at a Phillips 66 gas station on Lafayette Road, following an altercation that began at a nearby nightclub, Suite 38. The confrontation escalated, leading to a chaotic scene at the gas station where multiple shots were fired.
