Tiyrek Foxx, a 16-year-old resident of Gary, Indiana, tragically lost his life on November 28, 2015. The incident occurred just after midnight in the 3900 block of West 21st Avenue. According to reports, Tiyrek was found with a gunshot wound to his back and was pronounced dead at the scene by Lake County Coroner officials. The circumstances surrounding his death remain unclear, and the investigation is ongoing.
