In the late hours of a Wednesday night in December 2015, the life of 33-year-old Rodney Brown of Indianapolis was tragically cut short. Just after midnight on December 17th, he was discovered on the front porch of a residence in the 3400 block of Ralston Avenue. Brown had sustained a gunshot wound to the head.
