In the early hours of a Wednesday in March, the life of 32-year-old Vincent Means was tragically cut short. On March 2, 2016, Means was fatally shot in the south suburban area of Burnham, Illinois, at the intersection of West State Street and Calhoun Avenue. Despite being rushed to Franciscan St. Margaret Health in Hammond, Indiana, his wounds proved to be too severe, and he was pronounced dead at 2:04 a.m.
