Lavell Evans, a 30-year-old resident of Elkhart, Indiana, tragically lost his life on April 17, 2016. The incident occurred in the Washington Gardens area, where Evans was shot while socializing with friends. According to reports, Evans was pronounced clinically dead at Elkhart General Hospital early the next morning.
