In the early hours of a Wednesday morning in Milan, Indiana, a residence on North State Road 101 became the scene of a fatal shooting. On April 20, 2016, police responded to a report of a shooting just after midnight and discovered the body of 50-year-old Ronald L. Mounts of Sunman.
