Born on February 10, 1967, in Wilmington, Ohio, he was the son of Kenneth V. and Dorothy Miller Mounts. Ronald was known for his love of outdoor activities, particularly mowing grass and riding his motorcycle. He was married to Trisha A. Ledbetter on February 14, 2014, and is survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
