Troy Anthony Redd, a 32-year-old African American male, was a well-known resident of New Albany, Indiana, who lost his life in the early morning hours of August 24, 2016. Affectionately known as 'T Redd' by friends and family, he was an aspiring artist and a devoted father who was active in his local community.
