In a quiet New Albany, Indiana neighborhood, a Tuesday evening was shattered by the sound of gunfire that would leave one man dead and a community in shock. Antonio Bautista, a 24-year-old male, was fatally shot on April 15, 2025, near the intersection of Wolfe Trace Court and Wolfe Trace. When officers from the New Albany Police Department arrived at the scene around 8:10 p.m., they found Antonio suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
