On the evening of September 21, 2016, a tragedy unfolded in the Haughville neighborhood of Indianapolis that would forever alter the lives of a local family. Charlese Zinnerman, a 22-year-old mother, was driving her SUV when the sound of gunfire shattered the night. A bullet struck her in the forehead, causing a fatal wound.
