In the early evening of October 13, 2016, the lives of two teenagers from Gary, Indiana, came to a violent and tragic end. Zantrell Collins, an 18-year-old male, and his girlfriend, 18-year-old Koreena Ramos, were discovered shot to death in a parked car.
