Chancellor David "Chance" Smith, a 23-year-old from Spiceland, Indiana, tragically lost his life on November 6, 2016. He was shot and killed at a home in the small Henry County community of Spiceland. The incident also left another man, 26-year-old Jessie Fulton, wounded. The shooting occurred during a break-in at the residence, where three men intended to steal a safe believed to contain drugs.
