In the early morning hours of Wednesday, February 8, 2017, the life of 29-year-old Donald Parker Jr. came to a tragic end in Brookville, Indiana. The events leading to his death began when his grandmother, concerned about his erratic behavior, went to the Franklin County Sheriff's Office to ask for help. A deputy was dispatched to the home on State Route 101 where Parker was located.
