In the quiet of an East Chicago apartment in May 2017, a young life was tragically cut short. Four-year-old Garrion Glover, Jr., a boy described as having a personality that was 'out of this world,' was found by his mother, bleeding on the floor. The startling noise that awoke her led to the devastating discovery of her son's fatal injury.
