In the early morning hours of May 23, 2017, the life of 22-year-old DeNiko L. Scott was tragically cut short in Evansville, Indiana. A former standout basketball player for Harrison High School, Scott was discovered deceased in the 400 block of South Morton Avenue. A neighbor had spotted a person down and alerted the authorities at 8:10 a.m.
