Jasmine Simone Moore, a 28-year-old woman from Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost her life on July 9, 2017. Jasmine, affectionately known as "Punkin," was found shot in the torso on Tremont Street around 3:30 a.m. She had been leaving a nearby nightclub when the shooting occurred.
