Catalina Lujano-Campuzano, aged 67, tragically lost her life on August 10, 2017, in Lafayette, Indiana. She and her 38-year-old son, Gustavo Sanchez-Campuzan, were both victims of a brutal shooting that occurred in their neighborhood on Eastwich Drive. According to the Tippecanoe County Coroner, both victims were shot four times at intermediate range. Catalina was struck in the shoulder, upper chest, and middle chest, while her son was hit in the neck, trunk, and abdomen.
