On August 21, 2017, 37-year-old Ryan Douglas Woodall of Franklin, Indiana, passed away. Born on December 29, 1979, in Shelbyville, Indiana, he graduated from Franklin Community High School. Ryan was known for his love of the outdoors, particularly kayaking and canoeing, and enjoyed assisting with household and yard tasks.
