David Carroll, a 34-year-old resident of Terre Haute, Indiana, tragically lost his life on October 27, 2017. Born on November 2, 1982, in Terre Haute, David was a construction laborer. His untimely death was the result of a shooting incident that occurred at his home on North 18th Street in Terre Haute.
