Officer Robert Shawn "Rob" Pitts, a 45-year-old veteran of the Terre Haute Police Department, tragically lost his life in the line of duty on May 4, 2018. Pitts, who had served with the department for 16 years, was involved in a homicide investigation at the Garder Quarter Apartments on Linwood Court in Terre Haute, Indiana.
