Tony Rico, age 45, was found shot to death on September 25, 2016, near his apartment on the east side of Indianapolis. He was walking home from work at the Rural Inn when he was attacked just a block away from his house. His body was discovered around 9 a.m. the next day. Despite efforts by his family to find leads, including putting up signs around the neighborhood, no witnesses have come forward.
