On a cold December day in Indianapolis, a dispute over a debt tragically escalated, leading to the death of 21-year-old Andris Jackson. The young man, a father to two small children, was shot and killed on the west side of the city on December 14, 2018. The incident occurred on George Court, near 34th Street and Georgetown Road, where Jackson had allegedly gone to collect money he was owed.
