Julio Cesar Salinas, aged 39, tragically lost his life on January 13, 2020, in East Chicago, Indiana. Salinas was found with multiple gunshot wounds on the 3800 block of Elm Street. The Lake County Coroner identified the victim, and the East Chicago Police and Fire departments responded to the scene around 9:30 PM.
