Troy Allan Sandifar Jr., a 29-year-old resident of Muncie, Indiana, tragically lost his life on May 28, 2020. According to reports, Sandifar was fatally shot in a second-floor apartment located at 422 W. Howard St. in Muncie. The incident occurred early in the morning, around 4:45 a.m., when police were dispatched to the scene following a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers found Sandifar deceased at the scene, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds.
