Allen Williams, a 17-year-old from South Bend, Indiana, tragically lost his life on June 13, 2020. The incident occurred during the early morning hours at an apartment complex where Williams was attending a gathering. An altercation broke out, leading to a fatal shooting. Kristy Hawkins, a 40-year-old woman, was identified as the shooter.
