Jamal Williams, a 22-year-old recent graduate of Western Michigan University and former football player, tragically died on June 16, 2020, at Munster Community Hospital in Munster, Indiana. Williams had been brought to the hospital by his family for a mental health evaluation due to increased stress and depression, exacerbated by the recent death of George Floyd.
