Jesse K Sims

In the spring of 2017, the life of a 51-year-old man, Jesse K. Sims, was tragically cut short in Indianapolis, Indiana. On the last day of April, his body was discovered on the 3200 block of Clifton Street. The initial investigation by law enforcement quickly determined that his death was not of natural causes, and the case was officially ruled a homicide.
