Whitney Allen, a 23-year-old resident of Evansville, Indiana, tragically lost her life on June 27, 2020, in a shooting incident at her home on East Chandler Avenue. Whitney and her 53-year-old mother, Bobbie Rice, were both victims of this fatal shooting. The incident occurred in the early morning hours, and their bodies were discovered by the authorities shortly after.
