On the evening of July 5, 2020, in Evansville, Indiana, Rylan Jon Conway, a 16-year-old male, was rushed by ambulance to St. Vincent Hospital after being shot. The Vanderburgh County Coroner’s Office later recorded his death at 20:26 hours in the hospital’s emergency room, and investigators scheduled an autopsy for the following day as police worked to piece together what happened inside the home where the gun went off.
