On a summer evening in Indianapolis, the life of 30-year-old Andrew Hubert was tragically cut short. On July 29, 2020, police responded to a call and discovered Hubert inside a car, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
