Andrew Hubert, a 30-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, was tragically killed on July 29, 2020. The incident occurred at an apartment complex on the west side of Indianapolis, specifically in the 5400 block of Scarlet Drive, near West 34th Street and Moller Road.
