JaRon Bonds, a 17-year-old from Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on August 7, 2020. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on the east side of Indianapolis. Officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) responded to a call around 1:20 a.m. in the 300 block of North Bradley Avenue, near the intersection of East New York Street.
