Dale C. Baize, a 34-year-old man from Louisville, Kentucky, tragically lost his life on August 17, 2020, in New Albany, Indiana. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. in the 800 block of West 7th Street, where officers responded to reports of a disturbance involving shots fired. Upon arrival, they found Baize lying on the sidewalk outside a home with a fatal gunshot wound.
