In the early morning hours of October 10, 2020, the life of 27-year-old Frank Bonner-Forde was tragically cut short in Gary, Indiana. A Black/African American male, Bonner-Forde was in the 4200 block of Jackson Street when he was struck by multiple gunshots. Rushed to the Methodist Hospital Northlake Campus, medical personnel fought to save him, but his injuries proved fatal. He was pronounced dead at 4:08 a.m. The Lake County coroner's office officially ruled his death a homicide.
