Vicshawn Butler, a 23-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on October 20, 2020. The incident occurred on the city's northeast side, specifically near East 32nd Street and Forest Manor Avenue. According to reports, officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) responded to a call about a person shot at approximately 4:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Butler with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
