On a Friday evening in South Bend, Indiana, tragedy struck at the intersection of Indiana Avenue and Kendall Street. It was there that 32-year-old Vincent Lockett-Johnson, a male resident of the city, was found inside a vehicle that had been riddled with bullets. The discovery was made at approximately 7:27 p.m. on November 27, 2020, after police responded to a report of gunfire in the area.
