Vincent Lockett-Johnson, a 32-year-old resident of South Bend, Indiana, tragically lost his life on the evening of November 27, 2020. The incident occurred at the intersection of Indiana Avenue and Kendall Street, where police responded to reports of gunfire targeting a vehicle. Upon arrival, officers discovered Lockett-Johnson in the driver's seat, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite their efforts to administer CPR, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
