In the winter of 2020, the community of Mishawaka, Indiana, was struck by a senseless act of violence that claimed the life of 18-year-old Vincenzo 'Vinny' Trozzy. A recent graduate of Penn High School, Vinny was just beginning his adult life. He had started a new job and was a proud and loving father to his infant daughter, Violet Elizabeth Trozzy.
