In the spring of 2021, a burst of violence on a quiet street in Richmond, Indiana, cut short the life of 26-year-old Chad Mullins. On the night of April 17th, police responded to a call in the 200 block of North 13th Street to find Mullins with a gunshot wound to his abdomen. Emergency services transported him first to a local hospital, after which he was flown to Miami Valley Hospital for more advanced care.
