In the summer of 1999, a quiet Phoenix, Arizona apartment became the scene of a tragic and brutal crime that claimed the life of Cindy Richards. On the morning of July 15th, she was discovered murdered alongside her boyfriend, Roscoe Merchant, and his sister, AnnMarie Merchant. The three victims were found inside their shared residence, having been fatally attacked in the early hours. The investigation into the triple homicide quickly focused on Eugene Robert Tucker, AnnMarie's ex-boyfriend.
