In the early morning hours of June 10, 2021, the life of 24-year-old Taveyon Damier Colon, a male, was tragically cut short in South Bend, Indiana. Responding to a ShotSpotter alert at approximately 2:15 a.m., South Bend Police discovered Colon in the front yard of a residence on North Brookfield Street, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
