The tragic death of Kevin Rainey occurred in the early morning hours of October 14, 2017, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were dispatched to the east side of the city after receiving reports of a person down. Upon arrival near the 3600 block of Tiffany Drive, first responders discovered the 15-year-old male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
