Kevin Rainey, a 15-year-old boy from Indianapolis, was tragically killed on October 14, 2017. The incident occurred on the east side of the city, near the 3600 block of Tiffany Drive. Kevin was shot in the early morning hours and succumbed to his injuries at the scene. His death was one of many violent incidents during 2017, a year that saw a record number of homicides in Indianapolis.
