In the early morning hours of August 1, 2021, the life of 56-year-old Jeffrey Whitsey, a male from Indianapolis, Indiana, was tragically cut short by an act of violence. The incident unfolded just before 3:00 a.m. at the Living Room Lounge, located near Pennsylvania and 10th streets.
