Jediah RayShaun Perry, a 21-year-old resident of Gary, Indiana, tragically lost his life on November 12, 2021. Perry's death was the result of a violent encounter during a drug deal that went awry. According to court documents, Perry had arranged to purchase marijuana from Rahmere Dunn, a 25-year-old man from Whiting, Indiana. The two met in front of Kelly’s Soul Kitchen on 5th Avenue in Gary, where the situation quickly escalated.
