In the late hours of a Sunday evening in Evansville, Indiana, the life of Dazmondre K. Marion, an 18-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short. On February 6, 2022, Marion was on the porch of a residence on Madison Avenue when he was shot multiple times. When police arrived at the scene around 9:00 p.m., they found him with grave injuries and immediately began life-saving measures.
