In the summer of 2022, the life of 31-year-old Raven Jazmine Clarice Washington was tragically cut short in Gary, Indiana. On Friday, July 29, 2022, she was found deceased in her car, which was parked behind an abandoned house on Roosevelt Street. The cause of her death was determined to be a gunshot wound to the head, and the case was immediately ruled a homicide. Washington's family had reported her missing when she failed to return home from her job at a FedEx facility in Hammond.
