In a senseless act of violence that shook a Muncie, Indiana community, 43-year-old Joanie Webb, a female, was tragically killed. A two-time cancer survivor, Webb was inside her Monroe Street home on a Friday afternoon, waiting for a ride to a bingo game, a pastime she dearly enjoyed.
